How a good Battle threat is made?

Make sure the battle is fair, sports is plenty of room for debating, and gives insightful info on the condition of the bout (such as Location, equipment, starting point, character mindset, etc, etc). Once you do the above, then it would meet all the objective measures of a "good" battle thread.

Use Superman related characters against Thor, Hulk, Hyperion, etc
