Oddly, of all those videos, this is the only one I watched... I guess because it was justified and I've seen stuff like this on television.

3 people have no problem with it while only one does. Noone is shown shot. Shows the driver shooting at the cop and missing and shows the cop returning fire. Yes his return fire killed the driver but you can't see that at all.
