HELP MY COMPUTER IS MESSED UP!

Is all huge!  Is like a type of zoom in
 
  I know the CTRL and mouse wheel trick and the ctrl and +/-

That's not the type of Zoom I'm talking about.

I'm talking about the kind of zoom that makes the web page be HUGE. Lets say I'm in a web page with a app. I can only see half of the app and this problem makes the tabs look very wide on the tab list.

Please tell me how to fix it!
