Help me find a Weakness for this power set...

Limited Directional Falling: You can fall forward, and fall upward. However you can only fall one direction at a time. To stop your fall you have to drop out of it, letting gravity take it's natural course. That sounds bad except you have:

Invulnerability/strength: The old standby. Keeps you alive when you should be dead. In your case you are strong enough to actually crack the road with your feet if you wanted to, which is useful for slowing down after forward falling.

Weakness: Everybody needs a weakness right? Now that's the hard part, I definitely don't wanna go the kryptonite route, but I need something. How about something abstract? Like if your depressed, your powers stop working. Or maybe if you get angry (nah that would make a villains job too easy)?

Magic? Sound Waves? Yellow? Amnesia? Squirrels? Lighting? Water? Yogurt? Fire? Light? Insanity? Possibility to "overload" and have a heart attack?

Eh. Telepathy. Telekinesis. Illusion Control. Air Control. Etc, etc. The sets to which this is vulnerable are plenty.

Of course, you could always go the personal weakness route and make the character completely emotionally unstable. Like Borderline Personality Disorder. Fun times.

Hmmm...sound waves? No, do your really think a character that can survive falling from a building will be hurt by sound wave? Don't think so. Yellow, now that is funny, that actually might not be a bad idea, where'd you get that idea?

It's ironic because in my fanfic some aliens have omincloth clothing that can morph into any garment, so long you like the color yellow. Yellow is a status symbol to them and their blood is yellow, although their skin is blue.

Yellow, because of Green Lantern. (I know he lost that weakness, but, still.)

The Yellow Impurity (Parallax) that rendered Green Lantern Rings unable to work against the color yellow.

Kryptonite?

Vertigo might be interesting. Like the character Vertigo from the Marauders. Controlling the direction of your fall might not work if your head is spinning so much you don't know which way is up.

In order to keep his powers he has to constantly eat a certain food or drug like Popeye.

What about the fact they can only fall in one direction at once?

Maybe they need to be in a particular atmosphere or in certain conditions their powers don't work ?

Just an idea.
