Someone I debated a character with on another website told me " I dream of Jeny " can blink and someone would die or be on another planet or whaever. I never heard of her or saw her be used in threads.
Who is she?

I dream of jeannie is a old TV show about a guy who's married to genie.
I didn't watch it so I can't say how powerful she was but she was most likely at least a reality warper.
@ImmortalT1000: Its a sit com character and shes a Genii so she'd require a master to wish someone dead

She was a reality warper.

Require a master to wish someone dead? Meaning?

Could she really just blink and Galactus would be dead?
@ImmortalT1000: Meaning standard Genii rules apply. God like power at the mercy of a dude making wishes
I was subjugated to this show by my grandmother through much of my childhood... my youth is filled with memories of "I Dream of Jeannie," "The Nanny" and "Bonanza." Of them, I Dream of Jeannie was the least mind-numbingly terrible.
She was a reality warper, but only at the command of a wish... she requires a master.

WHAT?! I thought genies couldn't kill people.
I don't think she needed to have Major Nelson wish for anything to use her powers...the way I remember it most of the episodes revolver around her doing something with her powers without him knowing and the wacky shenanigans that ensue
@Project_Worm: Your avatar creeps me out. Makes me think i'm at a Halloween Party. I've wondered if some people on here look like their avatars.

Ha! Well, I can't say that I look very much like my avatar... At least I hope not... O_O

OMG thats hilarious! I feel your pain
@Project_Worm: Those are Disney Geniis, in the original legends Genii or Djinn which is the actual term were demons who pretty much killed whoever they came in contact with.
@joshmightbe:
AH! So I was right! Sort of..

Heh *shrugs* Maybe that just applies to Aladdin...
@Project_Worm: They're one of those ancient horror stories that modern people sanitized into a pleasant fairy tale.

That one looks more like a clown, which Joker always did remind me of a clown. Most girls I know are scared of Clowns they cant stand em. I had a picture of Bozo the clown once on another account and someone told me it looked creepy. lol

Clowns are always creepy even Ronald..
@Project_Worm: I remember when I was a kid, like 3 I met Ronald McDonald, I dont know if it was the real guy who plays him or someone else, but I remember getting a balloon and my older sister did too and she let it go out the window and floated away, But I kep mine.
They FLOAT!
@Project_Worm: Way back when I worked at Mcdonalds my brother who was a manager would always give me the day off when Ronald was supposed to be there because of my somewhat irrational reaction to clowns

I know the feel. I'm not actually scared of clowns, but I'd rather keep my distance, and I'd LOVE if they kept theirs... Same with Cockroaches.
@Project_Worm: I never did see Killer Clowns, but I want to though.
I think I should make a Killer Clown vs Pennywise thread. What do you think?
@ImmortalT1000: I dunno it's been far to long since I've seen either... Wouldn't be able to provide any input. Although the Klowns definitely have the numbers on their side.
I used to watch the reruns of that show all the time when I was younger. Makes me feel old that some the younger generation hasn't even heard of it.
First, It makes me feel old that you don't know who Jeannie is, and I'm only 21!!
Second, @danhimself said:
This is correct, Jeannie doesn't need Nelson to have her wish for something for her to do it, she kinda just does it either to try and help him, or out of some type of petty spite.I don't think she needed to have Major Nelson wish for anything to use her powers...the way I remember it most of the episodes revolver around her doing something with her powers without him knowing and the wacky shenanigans that ensue
