No...guy got his face ripped off by a bear with almost the same results as the face of that baby.His face looks somewhat normal but when he's not wearing sunglasses you can tell and he had to get clips put on his skull so he can put his nose and parts of his face on.

I'm quite happy the parents still Love their child despite it's physical appearance. It breaks my heart to know that their are people that wouldn't.
