The same thing can be said about what is the best movie, but you can pick a favorite, or one you consider the best. If you had to pick what is your favorite of all time.

I can't choose one. One of my faves of all time inn "One Love" by Nas. He really put his heart into that song.

I really like cleaning out my closet by eminem. EMPD has a lot of great stuff as well.

Hm... Nas "One mic" was definitely great, "New York state of mind" is simply classic.. "Brooklyn's Finest" by Biggie and Jigga was greatest duet on a song ever. Tupac "Dear mama" is my personal favorite of his. "Daydream" and "The Cool" by Lupe Fiasco is somewhere high up on my list, but seriously, there is no best song ever. Albums? Maybe. But songs? No.
