Godzilla 2014 is the highest viewed trailer on YouTube

Of upcoming movies, Spider-Man, Captain America and X-Men cannot withstand the might of the KING of monsters! I've always loved Godzilla, but when I found out Bryan Cranston (from my favorite T.V show, Breaking Bad) is starring, things just don't get any better!

Any thoughts on trailer?

Unless I am looking at a different one...it has 13 million views. X-men has something like 23 million

@jonny_anonymous: Speaking truthfully, I get not much is suppose to be revealed much but that was a bit too small to convince me to watch the film.

I'm sure we'll see at least 1, maybe 2 more trailers for the movie. We'll see more of Godzilla in that trailer(s)

The first Godzilla trailer with Oppenheimers voice over made me flip. When I saw the other giant dead monster I was just like YES!!!!!

It was vague but I guess that was the whole point.

@deranged_midget: I agree. I couldn't help but imagining myself making that airborne insertion and seeing what I was really up against. The amount of fear you'd have to overcome to operate would be insane.

Yeah man, it reminded me a lot of Cloverfield! I almost wanted to see the new Godzilla to be in that found footage perspective, at least for scenes involving brief or extreme interactions with Godzilla. It would make his appearances feel much more critical.

Where did this guy get his statistics from?? If you autonomously search and click on Youtube videos, none of them have a larger amount of views than other movies coming out

@deranged_midget: from all reports there is a good chance this will be Godzilla vs Cloverfield style monster... That is if the monster comes from Space? It's really hard to tell, if the force of nature they refer to is Godzilla or the other monsters? Wish the trailer was more like the original ones lol

I remember talking to some people online about how interesting it would be within the franchise to see a cult that worships Godzilla. We talked about how if we made one it would basically be us following him through the world praising him as he leveled cities. Someone the said "have fun being trampled." to which I replied that that would be the cults greatest dream, as if it's what "purifies" us and the world. It was a funny discussion.

Thank god we have this movie to look forward to..im still not over batman vs superman being 2 years away. Godzilla actually looking like godzilla was a good start snd im glad we atleast got that brief visual to confirm it
