How are you still attracted to her knowing she is in a committed relationship?
I think you need to focus on yourself -- is this a crush, infatuation and/or purely physical attraction (which could explain your inclinations at the moment)? With someone of your morals and principles, deception and disloyalty should be negative traits found in someone you are romantically inclined towards so it's important for your own peace of mind to reach an honest answer as to why you remain interested.
As for her, going out on a date with you was wrong and unfair to not just you but more so to her partner. I think this girl needs to be alone for a while and not be in any relationship which could be a unique and valuable experience for her. A few of my friends are like that -- they go from relationship to relationship initiated by the pain of broken heart and vulnerable to the distraction and excitement of a new one. Now they are caught in some vicious circle, leaving things unresolved and appearing addicted to idea of being in love rather than love itself.
Either way, she should let this other person in her life go. For her sake and more importantly, her current boyfriend. You shouldn't have been put in the position of being part of the equation.
