Giant Cheetah

No Caption Provided

We take a 260 pound (120 kg) Giant Cheetah and put it up against Carnivores from the present day.

A. pardinesis was a larger, more primitive relative of the modern Cheetah. It was likely a bit slower (though some people say with its longer legs, back and larger lungs it could have been just as fast, if not quicker), with a more sturdy build and a stronger skull and jaw

Rules

Win is by Death, K.O, Incap, Submission or Retreat.

Oppenents start 30 ft away and visible in an Open field.

Cheetah is fully healed after every fight.

Rounds

1. Caracal (15kg)

2. Clouded Leopard (23kg)

3. Lynx (30kg)

4. Brown Hyena (40kg)

5. Snow Leopard (50kg)

6. African Leopard (60kg)

7. Laughing Hyena (75kg)

8. Mountain Lion (85kg)

9. Asiatic Female Lion (110kg)

10. Jaguar (120 kg)

.....

How far does the Cheetah make it?

I'm getting rusty...

I'd wager it stops at 9. An Asiatic Female Lion will be stockier and well-built for fighting. I don't see the Giant Cheetah defeating a Male Jaguar.

@laflux: Didn't get a notification sorry.

And why would you put my poor little caracal in this? Poor kitty is way out of it's weight class. As for your Cheetah, I'd say it starts having problems at around five as it's foes get bigger. Panthera pardus is likely the most dangerous in block 5 to 8, although all the others including the Spotted Hyena are good competitors and have a chance of scoring a lucky kill. After the Puma I'd say the fights will become to hard to win and the Cheetah will probably back down first in rounds 9 and 10

I guess, but then again Caracal's are very tough considering thier size. They have killed ostrich before, and IIRC thier is footage of a female Caracal standing its ground against 3 Male Hyena's.

I just needed a starting point lol.

@laflux: Yeap I've seen that footage. Also include the fact that Ifan, a Caracel at the WHF chased after a Cheetah on the other side of a fence while on a walk outside of his exhibit
