How would you make a GI Joe film? I know Rise of Cobra was a bad film, well to me anyways. The sequel looksl ike it could have potential. But how would you do a GI Joe film?
I'll make it less techie and more like Rainbow Six style. I know that will be too much of a deviation from the original concept and wouldn't be faithful. But that's just me.
I cannot wait until the sequel comes out. It has Dwayne Johnson, Bruce Willis and a few other good actord this time around. Marlon Wayans and Channing Tatum was all wrong for GI Joe. And its too bad Joseph Gordon Levitt isn;t returning at Cobra Commander. But Firefly will be the main villian in this film played by another good actor in Ray Stevenson.
The first film was too high tech stuff, the suits were awful looking and it did not feel like a GI Joe movie but your average action/sci-fi flick taking place in the future world. My GI Joe film would be based off the comic book and tv series GI Joe: A Real American Hero. i think thats the best and most popular GI Joe series in the franchise.
Its hard to do a movie on Snake Eyes solely since he is a silent protagonist...not impossible, but difficult i would imagine. i hope the sequel will be better...
