Hodor is the most cunning man in westeros. His plan is to act like an absolute "rtrd" so everyone underestimates him and ignores him, and when the final fight breaks out only Stannis originally survives but then Hodor comes out of nowhere , easily overpowers him and says "ah the true king is lying before my feet. Surprised I can talk? That was all a ploy to make sure all kings ignore me while I wait for the right time. And now your reign is over." He crushes the mannis' head and then sits the iron throne.
The white walkers willl destroy the wall come inside the seven kingdoms but Hodor defends and managed to kill them!
