i guess this already has an answer because brickleberry is still going to be airing while futurama is cancelled for some reason. I'm just wondering why? do y'all like brickleberry more than futurama?

Never watched "Brickleberry", but Futurama's probably better.

I like the one that was produced by the same people that made The Simpsons, not some lame show that is barely hanging on from the popularity (and political power teat) that an okay comedian seems to have on an entire network. Viacom can go bite the proverbial "BIG ONE".

I've never watched Brickleberry, I'm sure it's funny, (having funny people and all.) Just never gotten around to it, I already have so much to watch. Futurama, however, is one of the greatest shows of all time. I can say that much, but I really can't judge Brickleberry.

Futurama. I don't find Brickeberry appealing. It will probably be cancelled after a couple months.

occasionally we get the job done right, but unfortunatly most of the stuff canada produces is garbage, especially stuff more geared to adults, like the 2 shows being discussed here.

That's true. Bare with me one this one though; Drake is a good artist.... and I reiterate; Bare with me. His songs played on the radio are silly, but his old songs had meaning.

@russellmania77: Not really. I wouldn't say that. BUT, he is capable of a lot better than he's doing right now. At least the songs he's featured on.

Fear

Fireworks

Light Up

best songs IMO

Futurama creator: We want to go on

Futurama creator Matt Groening is hoping that it's not quite the end of the show just yet.

While Comedy Central has chosen not to renew the space-age sci-fi animated series for an eighth season, Matt - who also created The Simpsons - has revealed that he may try to find another home for the programme.

"We've been in this situation before and it's tempting when you're doing episodes that are as good or better than anything you've ever done to continue doing it. We're catching our breath and seeing what the fans have to say," he told Entertainment Weekly.

It's the third time that Futurama, which features the voices of Billy West, Katey Sagal and John DiMaggio, has been cancelled. It initially ran for four series on Fox before being cancelled because of low ratings. Comedy Central later revived the programme for four films, and eventually a sixth and seventh season after its popularity soared with Adult Swim reruns.

The last 13 episodes, which make up the second half of season seven, will be shown on US screens on June 19, with the finale set for September 4.

Matt - who developed and produces the show with David X Cohen - continued: "The experience of this show has been so much fun from the very beginning to now - everybody is so happy to work on this show - that it'd be a shame if we all went our separate ways.

"We would love to continue. We have many more stories to tell. But if we don't, this is a really great way to go out. I think these episodes are the best ones we've ever done," he added.

Even the newer Futuramas are funnier than Brickleberry. And that's saying something.

I've seen bits of Brickleberry and didn't think it was funny at all.

On the other hand, I freaking love Futurama. So, my vote is obvious.

Bender saying "this here money closet!" had me in tears, by the way.
