Floyd Mayweather vs Brock Lesnar

So I was watching some of Brock Lesnars fights last night and it made me think of this. Does anyone think Floyd could put him down or does he stand little chance?

Round 1 is in the octagon with UFC rules and a ref, round 2 is in a boxing ring but with UFC rules, round 3 is a street fight, morals on. Fighters are both as they are right now.

Lesnar stomps both rounds.

Brock both rounds.

Brock. Floyd is a bloody light-weight. He gets crushed.

Lesnar would ragdoll Klitschko with ease. Floyd gets eviscerated.

Brock might just F5 him.

This contest is very one sided. This should be striking, fists and nothing more.

Assuming he doesn't straight out kill him in round 1, Lesnar wins all three with ease.

BTW: Brock is 6'3, 286 lbs. Mayweather is 5'8 and weighed in at 158 lbs. In keeping with UFC weight classes, Floyd would come in as a Welterweight , while Lesnar is either at the extreme end of Heavyweight, or a Super Heavyweight (if that even still exists). So technically, since Lesnar is two places above Floyd's weight class, they wouldent even be allowed to fight in UFC rules. :/

Brock Lesnar in a vicious curb stomp. There is no way Floyd would have a chance in any situation including boxing. Floyd really doesn't have good enough knockout power as it is in his division. Brock wouldn't even feel the punches.

Like the case with many boxers, he doesn't have takedown defence.

Mismatch. Brock has a 128 pound advantage over Mayweather, he'd ragdoll him with ease.

I'm obviously aware Brock is way bigger and stronger, but was wondering if Floyd could use his speed and punching skills to keep him at bay and KO or stun him before he gets to take him down. You have to get close to someone to take them down.

Why do people always do this? It is always people who know nothing about mma or boxing. First of all they are multiple weight classes away. Second even if they were the same size/weight brock would win. floyd has zero take down defense and brock weight much more than him, brock will take him down and literally beat him to death.....
