@sheenlantern: Yeah he'll cause problems for Floyd for 4 rounds max and then Mayweather will take charge again. I've seen it so many times, I'm tired of it. If Amir fights anyone he should fight Manny after his Chris Algeri fight. Floyd is in a whole different league.

When you look at their styles, the way to beat them is strikingly similar. They're both weak to aggressive fighters adept at cutting off the ring (See Lamont Peterson). Now, out of Floyd and Khan, which would you say is more adept at aggressive and high-volume fighting? Amir Khan of course.

Ultimately it comes down to what will prevail; Floyd's defense and counters, or Khan's footwork and hand speed? I think this is a very interesting fight and by no means a shutout for Floyd.

Wouldn't be surprised if Floyd was able to knock him out. But yeah...Khan is fast and fights at a long-range which could make Floyd work more than he did against Manny.

Still, I can't really envision Floyd losing by this point.

Oh yeah and Gennady Golovkin, but that guy is too heavy and I don't see Mayweather leaving 147 for his last fight or at all.

Gennady would probably be a good fight but Mayweather would most likely run circles around Garcia he's a flat footed boxer and Lamount Peterson was able to take advantage of that when they fought.

@sheenlantern: Yeah but a non-boxing fan knows nothing about boxing. The only reason they'd have trouble is because Maidana was fighting very aggressive and used dirty tactics. These along with the casuals are the same ones saying Floyd was "hugging" and running the whole fight.

Yeah Khan is most definitely the more aggressive fighter. The same can be said about Cotto, Canelo, Maidana, and Pacquaio. Look how they ended up. I and many other people talked about Manny's speed in hands and footwork and how this was going to trouble Floyd. But it really didn't, except for those three rounds. I still think this is a clear fight to be dominated by Floyd, maybe even by KO.

@themongoose: Well I don't know about that. And I didn't see that Lamont Garcia fight. To me, Garcia is the only fighter worthy enough and that comes to mind. He's already TKO'ed Khan and has beaten some good fighters. But even then he still doesn't seem ready to me. He is also a Al Haymon fighter like Floyd. Which makes things in the ring suspicious.

Cotto and Maidaina gave Floyd hell, Canelo was not aggressive at all in their fight and Pacquiao was old and injured. Whenever Pacquiao did fight aggressively, he won the rounds handily.

This fight has been coming for a long time. Khan will be a challenge but Mayweather will win this.

In case people don't know khan is infamous for his glass jaw.. everytime he takes a power punch he wobbles.

That video proves that Khan got knocked out by B-C level fighters. Danny garcia knocked him out. Maidana wobbled him. Khan has a glass chin.

I hope this fight happens, I would love to see Mayweather take Khan down, just hope it doesn't turn out like the MvP fight.
