The flash stated the his infinite mass punch hits with force of an exploding white dwarf star.galactus has no feats against speed steal, no it's highly possible the flash would speed steal. Galactus doesn't have attosecond either, so there is no way he would tag the flash. The flash would defeat galactus by first stealing his speed, then trapping him in the speed force, where the flash is nigh omnipotent. Once in the speed force the flash would hit galactus with trillions of infinite mass punches in under a nanosecond.galaxy is made up of billions of stars. So if flash hits galactus with enough imps, then the impact would equal the force of an exploding universe.

Flash uses his Silver-Age feats to outrun existence, thus somehow transferring him into the real world. He then uses his super speed to write the deaths of Galactus, Lucifer and Odin.
He instantly goes to 12% of his peed, roughly 120 million times faster than light, and dumps 120 million Infinite mass punches on his gut, tearing it asunder with the force of 120 million supernovae, he then taunts Galactus, calling him a fool. Like a fool, Galactus reaches for him, Nope! Flash instanntly takes his speed and Galactus slams through the earth. Flash couldn't let Galactus fall all the way through though, so e sped up to where Galacus was standing still and threw him into the speed force, as Galactus screamed from te pain Flash watched and laughed. Eventually all of Gslactus was absorbed into the speed force and not a trace was left. All of the heralds then came and bowed before their new master, Flash.
