If were you lived unfortunately caught fire and you only had time to save One Comic, and One Collectable that you own. What would it be? Family, Friends, Partners, Pets are all safe, so you don't worry about them.

What about my computer / hard drive, SD card, flashdrives, etc.? Those come first before my other material belongings.

@JediXMan: That's safe as well but the items stated before aren't so what would you choose to save out of the items mentioned in the op?

NYX #3. Got it for $50, now it's worth $150 - 200. Since it's in the same place, I'd grab my original issues of Death: The High Cost of Living.
