Does "A Clockwork Orange" count as weird? If so, that's one of my favorite films ever.
Oh yeah! Clockwork Orange was one strange film...
Donnie Darko
Oh man, I need to see this movie again!
John Dies at the End
Book's much better, I think you'd like it a lot.

It is definitely on the strange side lol
The best scene is the speech during the assembly lol
Baron Munchausen
Raising Arizona
The Burbs
The Neighbors
Fight Club (it's weird until the reveal)
Four Room's
People Under the Stairs (This thing was like a twisted Fairytale about this kid who enters this strange world with odd characters. Who just also happened to be children who were horribly disfigured and imprisoned)
While Jean-Pierre Jeunet's French steampunk-before-steampunk-was-cool La Citè des Enfants Perdus had all the essential components of a GOOD weird movie--little people, a wonderfully dark mood with elements of carnival culture, Ron Perlman speaking French--The City of Lost Children (the movie's title in English is only eclipsed in my mind by the far more strange Freaks, from Dracula director Tod Browning. It used authentic sideshow performers, and has been banned in Ireland b/c they felt it was too exploitative. I'd also recommend the weirdo Italian horror movie, The Bloody Pit of Horror, France's Eyes Without a Face, and Bucket of Blood, which features Dick Miller as a misunderstood Beatnik-wannabe who turns to murder for artistic recognition.
Donnie Darko
Yes!! I just watched this movie, and its weirdness is what makes it such an amazing film. I'll have to watch it again now that I understand it better.
Another weird film that I just watched was The Virgin Suicides. That's one of the most haunting films I've ever seen. It has a very awkward atmosphere, and the whole movie is a giant piece of ambiguity. The ending pierces your soul.

Glad I'm not the only one who loves that movie. ;)
The Cube, just weird.
Black Lightening. It's foreign but it's a combination of Spider-Man(back story) and Iron Man(plot). Over 2 hours and takes a while to get going but once it does it's entertaining and when you realize how much it's like Spiderman and Iron Man you get into it a little more.
@jmg: It's about a family with overprotective parents who keep a tight grip on their daughters. One of the daughters commits suicide, and some of the neighborhood boys take an interest in the girls. I can't divulge too many details. It's on Netflix--give it a watch.
Man, that even looks weird!
@ostyo: Weird can be enjoyable. All comics are weird if you think about it, yet we enjoy them.
House.
I'm partial to House 2. For some reason.
Some of my favorite weird movies:
"They Live" - Starring none other than Rowdy Roddy Piper
"Big Trouble In Little China" - This is one of my all time faves
"Way Of The Gun" - This is one of my favorite movies as well, not weird in the sci-fi sense, but weird in the story of it. Highly recommend this one if you haven't seen it.
@regular_joe: House 2 is better than House. I'm talking about the 1977 Japanese film Hausu aka House though.
