Well ive eaten BBQ Rat, Snake, Scorpion, Ants, Bee Larvae & wild Jungle Squirrel in the past so Possum if done well shouldnt be a problem.

I have! Our Wal-Mart three years back had a sushi bar for about a year. Got it there. Such an addiction they are. 0.0 Now we do actually have a Japanese restaurant that has sushi. =D My mom hates fish so I usually only get it with my brothers. Love Japanese and Italian food the most. ^__^

I could always go for a little Italian, especially if he cooks. Mexican, French and Cantonese are my next favorite cuisine. Pair them with an appropriate wine and a light chocolate dessert and I'm yours all night, baby!

For me i love spicy food, so mexican beats all imo. Nachos being my favorite food... And whant i say Nachos i mean Mexican Nachos with avocado, beef, beans, sour cream, cheese, leek, tomato and olives. Not yellow goo with chips.

@jointron33: To me it really depends on the bean imo. Red Beans and Black eye peas are gross to me. Pinto Beans taste pretty good.

It's hard to consider anything foreign in Canada since most foods are offered here regularly simply by virtue of immigration and traditions being upheld. If anything, I would consider Italian food the best followed by Japanese sushi.
