Then you just have terrible taste in movies. How you can find something as simple as this movie to be confusing is kind of laughable, to be honest. Getting lost in this movie is kind of like getting lost in an open field, with your destination in sight, with a map, a straight road to the destination, and a compass.
I knew what was happening throughout the whole movie, but I was just wondering why it was happening. It was just a very strange movie.
No, it wasn't. Your criticism boils down to "boring," "confusing," and "emotionless." The first point is subjective, second is a personal problem, third is either subjective or a deliberate device, the effects of which are also subjective.
...so this movie isn't for you. Doesn't affect its actual quality.
I went and saw it with 4 other people. we all didn't like it. It really had no plot other then her gaining new abilities. there was no conflict. the premise was stupid and the ending sucked.
Seems like the past few years they've been casting Morgan Freeman and stamping him in everything for the movie's own promotion, even if he's just a supporting cast role or perhaps even just a secondary character...
