Yeah, I know. Gross topic.

Anyways, what's the worst part of throwing up?

• The feeling of having to throw up?
• Actually throwing up?
• Or the aftermath of throwing up?

For me probably the aftermath for me. My stomach still usually hurts, and you're mouth tastes like throw up. So y'know.

Like I said, gross topic. Don't kill me.

Well when i throw up i usually have a migraine before hand, thats the worst part, once it happens or is over i feel soooooo much better.

If it comes out of your nose

The actual throwing up, followed by cleaning it up.

The feeling of having to throwing up, it's horrible

The moment you throw up is horrible as well, specially because you feel how your throat is burnt

But the aftermath, it's very pleasant actually. You feel smashed, but better at the same time

The nauseous, sickening feeling before you're going to throw up. I actually feel better afterward; I prefer to get it over with.

It's really only bad afterward if it goes into your nose. Otherwise, it's okay. That said, I don't throw up often; last time was... I think 5 years ago.

When your abs start to contract.

Oh yeah definitely. I recently started getting really bad migraines, and then my stomach starts to kill me. I've only thrown up once when I had a migraine.

Before is the worst for me. When I know I'm going to puke, I always hope it'll happen as soon as possible so that I don't have to suffer through that disgusting, queasy, aching feeling in my stomach. I always feel better afterward. I've had times where it shot through my nose before though, and it's not easy to clean it out so I had to put up with smelling and tasting vomit for the rest of the day.

The feeling of your nostrils being clogged with puke is probably one of the worst things in life.

Right before, when you gag so hard that you can't breathe.
