Does the deletion of threads make things look shady?

If threads dont break rules and they get deleted, does it make the comicvine system look shady?

Ive seen threads with curse words and some even with videos with crude lyrics about womens anatomy just get locked but not deleted. So that led me to believe threads couldnt even be deleted.

Soooo...conspiracy? Or just another comic vine glitch?
