No, Spawn defeats a character called God... but it's not really the Creator God. The Creator God is basically Man of Miracles in the Image Universe... and I don't ever recall them fighting each other. On the other hand, I do recall Man of Miracles giving Spawn somewhat a boost in power or something like that. Have not read that Spawn arc in a while.
