Does it make you feel good when the great ones fall?

When you see a winner, most of the time a very famous, succesful person fall from grace, does it make you happy? Does it make you feel better about your life?

Examples:

Tiger Woods (Divorce)

Lebron James (Leaving Cleveland, losing finals)

Lance Armstrong (Steroids)

Ray Rice (Domestic Violence)

Adrian Peterson (Child abuse)

Jon Jones (Drug use)

Bill Cosby (Rape allegations)

Rick Flair (Money)

Sometimes, mainly because I don't like the person or because he/she was a bad person or because of their attitude.

For example, I can't wait until Floyd Mayweather loses for the first time or at least gets knocked down.

None of these people were ever on my great list. Sorry.

@claymore1998: The more they fall, the more satisfaction it brings me. When a celebrity falls from grace, I have a happy face. I drink a symbolic red drink, the celebs blood, in my fancy cup each time one loses their life forever!

No but it makes me sad when so many lists of great people by people are dominated with sports stars and actors and not people like Zainab Salbi, Aung San Suu Kyi or scientists, teachers, educators, hell even authors, poets, writers. Not that there is anything wrong with being a sports star or actor, just you know, some diversity would be nice.

I don't care about them when there on top and I don't care about them when they fall and hit the ground.

I honestly don't follow actors or superstars at all, I watch the movies, enjoy them, then I do my business. I don't care about the personal life of the actors, I just want to see them perform.

I'm far more concerned with living my own life. I honestly feel bad for people who meet with misfortune because, news flash guys, life is pretty challenging.

It's weird people would be happy about something like that. I know some women were happy when the whole nude leak thing with Jennifer Lawrence happened because they didn't like the fact that people thought so highly of her.

However if the fallen star was a huge A-Hole or constantly flaunting their higher status, the yes it's pleasant to see them fall.

I never feel good about somebody else's downfall. Just disgusted or disappointed.

Yeah right, no one admits to care but yet everyone can't stop talking or reading about them.

Out of all the examples, only a couple have to do with misfortune I can sympathise with. Great ones supposedly falling due to their own grossness, I'm satisfied they are getting what they deserve in the criminal sense. There's no happiness or feeling good about it, though. Weird question.
