i recall in one of the comics, the punisher asks daredevil to join him and terrorise crime, but daredevil says "your a killer!", something like that, but in the daredevil movie, he lets that guy get ran over by a train, i thought he didnt kill?
Like Batman said in the movie: "I'm not going to kill you, but i don't have to save you either". And as vance said : Movie Daredevil has no bearing on the comics =)
