Every time I try to download it Adobe Reader pops up and says:
Adobe Reader could not open nullDC_104_r136 (1).7z because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged.
And it says the same about the PS1 emulator.

Why would you be using Adobe Reader to download them?
I don't. Every time the file downloads adobe reader pops up.
You must have had Adobe Reader as the default software to open the .7z files. You can change the default opener or try the safe bet, reinstalling your 7-Zip and have it as the default software to open .7Z...

Is it when you download it or after you try to open it?
After I try to open it.

How do I do that?
@GrandSymbiote94: Do you have &-zip already? If not download here.. http://www.7-zip.org/download.html
@ssejllenrad: What do I do after it get's done downloading? (I'm not really good with computer stuff.)
@GrandSymbiote94: Make sure you download the .exe file. Simply install that software. After that, you can extract the nullDC_104_r136 (1).7z file with no problem.
