Do you think the standalone Marvel movies are lame?

The Avengers is my least favorite MCU movie (yes, Iron Man 2 included).

I like how little time it took to have someone push to turn this into Marvel Studios VS DC's DK.

Rocket Raccoon will be in a live action film in a theater near you. Just sayin.

No, not at all. In fact, I prefer a self-contained story rather than something big setting up another movie.

The Iron Man movies I watched were pretty rad

Thor's probably my favourite.

I slept during the Captain America

Have yet to watch the Avengers.

And the Incredible Hulk was pretty decent. CIN.

@imthedamnbatman: yes try that. Comparing them to Oscar nominees is completely unfair. It's like comparing Dr. Seuss to Hemingway and critiquing Seuss for not aspiring to be Hemingway. They're all good superhero movies , period.

I liked most of them. If you're only counting the avengers universe Marvel movies my top 3 standalones in order are:

1. Iron Man
2. Captain America: the first avenger
3. Thor

I didn't mind iron man 2 and the incredible hulk. They aren't as bad as people say they are....
