I don't smoke, never have. I don't mind smokers as long as they don't put me in a situation where I have to make an effort to avoid their smoke. I think smokers should have to smoke in designated smoker areas even when they're outside, unless they're somewhere where they won't come into contact with other people.

I think the dangers of smoking are overestimated. I had an uncle who smoked 40 cigarettes a day from the age of 13 and never missed a day at school or at work, Though he did die at the age of 32.
