Do girls read comics ?

Same. I got her into them. Maybe not finding a girl who reads comics, but finding one who is open to your interests.

The impression I get from comicvine is that the only females who read comics are lesbians.

@granitesoldier: We actually got into them together with Marvel Now. We both liked comics growing up just never started collecting until recently.

Are you kidding? I am from Italy, worked in Spain and I have colleagues from all over... that is not my experience.

@matteopg: there are much spanians and italians who read comics? damn I have never met a fellow comic book fan.

@dm225: That's awesome. My wife was never into them but because I read so much she decided to give it a shot. She doesn't have any titles of her own she loves (aside from Thor) and just reads mine, but she was open to trying it.

The give and take of relationships haha.

My girlfriend doesn't read comics but she loves the Marvel Universe. She watches the films and plays Marvel Lego and she makes it a bigger deal than I do to make sure we watch SHIELD.

Because all the female mods on this site and their buddies are into chicks.

I work at a library and I often spot a few girls reading comics. I sometimes ask what makes the wanna read comics and most of them respond by saying that they're doing it for their boyfriends, which I think is pretty cool.

I've met many a fine lady in a comic book shop. And at cons. Comic book chicks rule!
