Do all these characters have toonforce? If so, how strong?

People always talk about Bugs Bunny, The Mask, and Popeye having ToonForce, but what about these characters?

If any of these. Hard terms do have toonforce, how would you rank them based on these Tiers?

Tier 1: Surviving nuclear explosions, damage that humans can't withstand, being able to come out unscathed from damage.

Tier 2: Pulling things out of air, running at super speed, flying, etc.

Tier 3: High Tier, pretty much Bugs Bunny, Becoming a creator/animator, high level reality warping, etc.

Mickey Mouse is the lowest on the list. He`s on the level of a standard (fictional) adventurer. Which means he`s still able to be dropped from about 5-10 feet, and not get seriously hurt. From time to time. Way more often than we can, for sure.

I haven`t watched Uncle Grandpa to know about his (but really want to).

I once read a comic in what Jerry cracked down to pieces, and Tom said that it will merely take some glue to fix him.

I feel like this has come from some part of an old thread I made about ranking Toon Users, cause I had those Tiers set up pretty much the same. Though difference mine had, was the character in question didn't have any amps and it had to be from their own usage.

No matter how strong their toonforce is, it's nothing compared to Ororo Munroe aka Storm's power.

Courage is a tier 3

He's able to talk to the viewer and I believe he's jumped out of an episode.

All of them are High Tier.

Nicole has literally become an anime character before. Gumball and Darwin have stronger toonforce than her though, since they have exploded from the inside and rematerialised themselves in a matter of seconds (also, gumball turned himself into a super Saiyan)
