Direct TV vs Uverse: Which is better

I'm thinking about switching from UVerse to Direct TV; I hear the prices are cheaper, and it cost the same for 200 channels of Direct TV vs 130 Channels of UVerse. However I don't want to deal with connection problems or the dish having problems. So I was just wanting to know which one is the better choice? Do I go with more reliability? Or do I go with more channels? I can only afford basic for both. Are there any catches when it comes to DTV?
