Did you notice so many bad guys have British accents?

This kind of deviousness?proud, educated, villainous character has surpassed the evil German stereotype.
Why are so many Brit actors EVIL?

Yea there is an equal amout of good guy English actors as there is bad guy, it just the quality of the actors them self that there are so many of them

Everyone is wrong from time to time. There are just as many good American actors and Canadian ones and Nigerian ones. Hiring "british" actors and Australian actors and Canadian actors is simply a trend/fad/what-have-you that hollywood is on because they want their worldwide sales to be high.

Okay because you asked... I don't care for them at all.  I don't like to here southern people talk either. I grew up in Germany, and moved to the US when I was 13. Spent some time in London, didn't care for it much. I felt the people were rude, and now when ever I hear them speak my mind goes back to the rude ass people in London.

Indeed you are.And the reason is because the British are taking over the world and you won't even notice it until it has happened. "

Besides the fact of heritage of the actor, the British stereotype in many areas is of arrogant, aristocratic malevolence that adds to a characters ominousness.  The only thing worse than somebody evil is somebody that is cultured and evil.  Someone with a Brooklyn, Boston, or Southern accent is not viable as an intelligent, moneyed and sophisticated villain due to prevalent biases about the societal makeup in those areas.  Basically plays to negative stereotypes that people would never (or almost never) admit to.
