he told reporters her only got two hours a sleep a night

and it's been reported that even when they werent shooting he was still in character, and only allowed people to address him as the joker

Heath Ledger had insomnia before dark knight began. [ex wife michelle willams told interview magazine that]


Toxicology report said that he died of an accidental overdose of prescription medications. all the meds dealt with insomnia and anxiety.
