Design A Fool Proof Supervillain Prison and Rehab Facility

Villains from the comics will be coming to a real world prison that you create. How will you do it?

1. Using real world tech.

2. What position do you need to have to leverage the money. CEO? President? Mayor?

3. Where will you build it? With what (remember your holding Magneto)?

4. The cool part. The villain groups you have to hold and rehabilitate are:

A: Magneto and all his kids.

B: Harley, Poison Ivy, and Catwoman.

D: Loki

E: Darth Vader

F: Electro

G: Sandman

H: All the thugs Batman ever mauled, not the super villains. Got to be at least a 100 of them, maybe more.

5: How if (if at all) will you rehabilitate these guys into society in the real world (yes they keep their powers)? What will you steer them to do (hoping they do that instead of use their powers for evil)?

Fool proof.

Find a really deep mine( at least a 1,000 feet down) that has a lot of empty space. Fill in and rig with 50 mega ton nuclear bombs all shafts leading to surface but one. Pump in only air, water, light and make prisoner farm algae for food. Nothing leaves but exhaust air, I mean nothing. Fill with prisoners and then seal it except for air in/out, water in, light in(no electricity just fiber optic light conduits). surround with seismic sensors to detect any possible tunneling. let prisoners know that if we think they are attempting an escape the whole place gets frakked with the dozens of nuclear bombs surrounding them. Make sure the place is some where really far north and remote.
