DC Universe Online: Tides of War

How's everyone enjoying the event so far? I find it really boring, but the styles are awesome. I equipped the Atlantean boots, gloves, and belt. I also have the chest-plate, but I like my current chest style.

Really lame. You only have one mission and a boss fight. The only thing you get out of the event are styles, but they look really cool.

Quit playing back in march. Did not delete characters so may re download. Question. How is the PVP system currently?

Not bad, but it could use improvement. Usual PVP/PVE modes, PVP arenas, and dueling. They recently introduced a new DLC "The Last Laugh" which debuted Kryptonian and Lantern characters, so a fight can be pretty one-sided against them, unless you're good at PVP. The matchmaking is horrible, though.

@AweSam: I played allot end of last year. Have 4 characters 2 tanks 2 controllers. Main was a fire tank in T 2.5 PVE. Mostly because I was heavy on the PVP. Might jump back in still being consider a noob after T5.

There is no T5.

@Mr_Ingenuity: Do you still get to keep your money after you lose legendary? Or are you still a subscriber? I'm just premium.

@AweSam: Yes it goes in the excess bank account (do not remember what it's called). Make sure when you get that much money to always login to Alt character so your money is not reset back to 100mill or less. Because I had 2 billion each character. Then mass rest.

was the last time you logged in before or after the money roll back?

@danhimself: Role back as in rest to 100mill or roll back as in cap? Because there was never a cap for legendary when I use to played.

@danhimself: Yeah I was on during the rollback. Which was frustrating. Because lots of my stuff where not sold in the auction house.

As said, there's a short boss fight (a really bad one) and a mission that's pretty hard to complete because there are usually a lot of people doing it. All you get are tokens to buy styles.

Pretty much. Only cool thing is the Atlantean warships in Metropolis.

I have yet to play this game for about six months. There was a time when I played this game about 6-10 hours a day for a few months. My character and my league were extremely powerful. I don't miss it though.
