Who is the Fastest in DC, I know Zoom, can slow down time, and that makes him faster even though he is not really as fast as Flash, what about Hermes, he is a God, can't he do that as well, is he faster than Zoom, or couldn't he just take away Zooms power?
@lagoon_boy: What about Hermes, could Zoom really take his speed away from him, It seems like Hermes would have some type of protection against that, I could see it back firing on Zoom, is Hermes faster than the Flash?
