I'm tired of the oppression that we face for loving an anime. What kind of psychology makes DBZ fans more prone to flame wars than any other fans? Lord of the rings fans, superman fans, star wars fans, etc. We've suffered enough! Many of us have grown up watching Goku go through his trials and battles and have yelled with him along the way. It's arguable that many DBZ characters are more popular in the West.
To not use them in battles is not only a disgrace to the manga and anime, but also a smite to ourselves. The forums were made for debating, for arguing, and for defending our favorite characters. Sometimes we may grow passionate and sometimes the arguments may go in circles and reach no resolution. But that's only human nature. It's no reason to ban a universe of colorful and diverse characters and prevent them from interacting with others.
It's time for a change. It's time to break the barriers and escape from this prison that we've convinced ourselves that we want to be in. I ask of you to join me. I ask of you to become brothers and sisters. I ask of you to become true viners and not stand for the restriction and segregation. No talk of Cavs or DBZ vs DBZ. I ask of you to join me in a DBZ revolt!
