Just read something about cyberbullying

And it said sending text messages is cyber-bullying? Is that true?

Depends on the content of the text message. 

If you have an ex's number in your phone, you're probably a cyber-bully. I knew I forgot to do something today.

Doesn't seem like it is. I thought cyber crimes mostly related to internet and such.
