Are some or all cryptids real? Are they fake? Why do you believe them? Why don't you believe them? Do you have proof? Can you discredit them?

@mitran: if there was one Loch Ness monster, it would be incredibly old. It makes more sense that there's an opening to the ocean and there's an entire family of them.

But just talking about the ocean gives me the heebie jeebies.

I believe there are some strange prehistoric creatures that we still have not discovered..

for example.. the mokele m bembe... a giant monster believed to inhabit the deep and still not discovered jungle in the parts of congo.. believed to be a sauropod.

Some are fact

Vast majority are faked.

Cryptozoology is somewhat of an interest of mine. My personal favorite is the Mongolian Death Worm

Well, anything is possible I guess. Up to around 100 years ago, 'scientists' thought Gorillas were just myths.

Though I do think there are still thousands of undiscovered animals on earth, I don't think they are fantastical creatures like Saskwatches (Saskwatchi?), dragons, and dinosaur-like creatures. I assume that all the undiscovered animals left on this planet are simple things like new types of spiders, birds and small lizards.

I somewhat agree. Many mythological creatures have been found to be simple exaggerations. Take the "Kraken". Was there really a giant squid attacking unsuspecting ships? Maybe. We have found abnormally large squids, though. Do dragons exist? Yes. We have Komodo dragons and we found remains of large reptilian species. Do they fly and breathe fire? Probably not. Sasquatch could exist, but it could also just be a regular ape roaming an unfamiliar area. New species of animal are being discovered everyday, so there's a good chance that most of these creatures do exist, just not to the degree that we hear about.

There's probably quite a few undiscovered animals out there that will explain a lot of sightings.

@dragonborn_ct: No, that was the end. We're screwed.00

I've always liked cryptids and cryptozoology. Always believed in Nessie and the Kraken though my belief in them varies between cryptids same with why I believe in them. I love sea cryptids (yay leviathan) And for the fluffiest you'll ever get in monsters search up nuckaleeve, wendigo, shambler, slenderman (maybe your smart enough not to search the last one)
