Yes. By KO or incap. If she gets me to the ground, although i'm proficient in submission holds, she'd have a better chance of winnng.(plus I'd let her get me to the ground... ;) )
Street fighting is my territory. I'd win. I would feel bad about myself later, but I'd win. I doubt she can take 90'000 volts to the neck, which is what I carry for H2H situations. On top of being a capable grappler, I am also a decent striker. And completely ruthless when it counts.

How's this for a non-pervy method to victory: In a street fight, nearly anything goes. From improvised weapons to throwing debris in your opponents eyes/face to blur their vision, etc, etc... I might win under those conditions considering that despite her being both a woman I out weigh by 70 lbs. and am 5 1/2 inches taller than she is STILL an elite level athlete with decades of muscle memory and combat training.
No way I'd be able to take her under the Unified Rules of MMA though....

@laflux: I have the weight and maybe the reach, but she has the fitness and the armbar that scares the holy f*** out of me. Also, I'm a man; I'd fight with her competitively, but I wouldn't fight fight her unless she was attempting to hurt my family, my dogs, or Stephen Hawking.
Didn't you claim that you were 6'5 in one of your previous posts? You're telling me that being 6'5, you couldn't beat a tiny, petite 5'6 woman in a fight? I mean I know that she's a martial artist and all, but seriously, 5'6 is extremely tiny.
Rofl. C'mon, it's so tiny, it's actually cute. I find it hard to take someone that small seriously in a fight. It's like a chihuahua trying to act tough in a fight against a 396 lbs lion.
@jaken7: Because nearly everyone who is online to respond right now is a lonely kid without a date on a Saturday night, needing to compensate by projecting how bad@$$ he is. Me? I know my limitations. She'd clean my clock and my wife would laugh all the way to the emergency room.
Sure, weight and muscle will help, but without skill or experience, kids, your arms are as good as broken.
@uare: Being 6-4 in and of itself doesn't really mean much. I think the main reason Rousey is being dismissed isn't because she is 5-6 but rather that she is a woman and only weighs about 140-145(ya she fights at 135 but that is after she cuts weight). I don't particularly care who would win in any of these hypothetical fights but some of the reasoning being used is pretty terrible.
I honestly don't see how someone that's 5'6 could do anything significant against someone that's 6'4, no matter how many martial arts the 5'6 person knows. Martial arts only helps up to a certain point. Small people like to believe that size doesn't matter in a fight, but it absolutely does and it makes a HUGE difference to the outcome of a fight.
Any height advantage you get is far less than the training, skill, and experience advantages she gets.

Height or size help, but skill is more important. This has been proven over and over. Here's a perfect case. Royce Gracie versus Kimo. Gracie was 1" shorter and 64 lbs lighter than Kimo. Gracie looks like an average person and Kimo looks like a brick made of muscle. Guess who wins?
