Comic books as Web Comics

I'm starting on a new search to come up some of peoples favorite web comics. And by web comics, I mean one that looks like it could have been printed and sold in stores. I don't mean weekly comic strips, I'm thinking more along the lines of Freak Angels. I need some help. So far my new favorite is http://cainsawakening.com What are some of the communities favorites? I miss ones like Hard Boiled Shaman and Do Not Trust.
