Time to figure out who is considered Comic Vine's best and brightest. I will post an initial trivia question pertaining to comic books and you will try to answer it. And please don't Google it because that takes the fun out of it.

After you know you're right please post your own question

In what issue did Spider-man first appear?

Okey doke.

The villainous artificial intelligence Ultron once built himself a robot mate based on the brain patterns of Janet Van Dyne, the wife of his "father", scientist Henry Pym.

What ancient Greek tragedy was the name of Ultron's bride a reference to?

@darthmummy: @batbro15:

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Not sure how accurate it has to be. Close enough I guess; full title was Tales of the Black Freighter.

Of course. Tales...

What ancient cosmic entity did the JLA do battle with in Grant Morrison's final arch writing the title?

Just a thought, try to tag the person that asked the question when you answer so they can respond back

Correct, but he was not called Aztec. Aztek was a champion of Tezcatlipoca's rival Quetzalcoatl. T11 was also called Mageddon in the stroy. Your turn to ask a question.

@batbro15: That would be Superman vs The Amazing Spider-Man, published in 73 if I'm not mistaken. The two companies had done a Wizzard of Oz title before, but SMvsASM was the first time separate characters from each company were published together in a single title.

@batbro15: You win for being closest. The correct answer is that he took radioactive material from a nuclear power station and injected it into his blood, thus increasing his overall radiation levels, making himself unpaltable to Morlun

@darthmummy: No, I'm not familiar with Bruce Wayne's aliases.

Also no, DC was the first to drop the CCA.

@parachomp: I'm pretty sure DC and Archie Comics were the last two to drop it in either 2010 or 2011
