Comic Book Digital Library and Reader

There's Comixology, Comic Book Lover, etc. but there still hasn't been a standardized format for digital comic books. There is no iTunes for comic books yet. 
 
Comixology isn't it despite Marvel and DC's adoption of it...that's more like the Real Player of comic book readers. Plus it includes DRM...which NEVER works in the long run. 
 
Still waiting on something. Maybe I'll develop one.

@Tandaemonium: Have you tried Comicrack?

I have...I'm primarily a Mac user, but yes Comic Rack and Comic Book Lover are the best that there are yet are still both clunky, not very well-developed and have mediocre UI/UX.
