So this Winters Epic monster movie is finally out. What are everyone's thoughts?

I'd seen better, to be honest, all the hype around it felt like the blair witch again...

Well i think i'm gonna watch it sometime next week and if i don't i still wanna know what is that monster lol.

It's JJ Abrams, so i gave it the benefit of the doubt...

but it was all hype, the ending left me with a "WTF did i just pay to see" feeling...

don't bother, wait for the DVD release so you don't feel like you've been ripped off

The only difference here is its a movie so their can be disappoint ment the witch thing was something expected to be real which i don't see why anybody would believe it lol.

Its like a Spider-Bug thing. I enjoyed the movie. I actually enjoyed the way they did it like in that camera's point of veiw. Really gives you a feel what it would be like for most poeple instead of showing it from the military doing a shoot up on a monster."

i agree there, it was a good idea, but the 'shiny new' feeling wore off very quickly and left me feeling sea sick after watching the camera bob around for 110 odd minutes

Curiosity is what killed the cat my friend the movie and its trailers are not known to anybody and curiosity is boiling up inside of us all.

Thank god lol i was killing to know what is was and yeah the angels reminded me of that movie denzel washington was in where he was in mexico lol and they wouldnt' stop with the angles.

I think the little thing it spawns off was scarier. One giant monster would be much easier to hide from than tons of those little guys.

It's JJ Abrams, everyone should definitely stay clear. He is up with Uwe Boll when it comes to ruining things.

the movie sucked

I've been following this hype since Transformers. Trying to figure out where this monster came from and what it looked like. I see the movie and.....nothing. No explanation, very few visable shot of the monster and an unsatisfying ending. I'm sadly disappointed.

Psh, it's easy to hate. I liked it.

For those who havent seen the movie i found footage of the actual monster taken from the movie so if you dont want your Cloverfield Movie Experience spoiled then dont watch this video because i believe that this is the monster, Buckshot will correct me if i'm wrong

I thought the movie was pretty good. I just don't like the ending.

I will either see it tomorrow or Monday.

I saw it. I loved it. I thought it was awesome. I understand how people may not like it but I really liked. Just not the ending.

worst ending ever, worse than I am Legend's ending

Terrible ending, crappy camera, and not enough explanation. A good idea for a seqwuel would be a government official briefing the audience on what the monster is. That's just my opinion.

When the movie ended I was like..."WTF is this shit!?"

So yeah, ending sucked.
