Wasn't just last week before the primer of Cap 2 that he said he was all in with the 3 remaining films in his contract? I'm not sure to believe this or not but if it happens Sebastian is more than fit to take over the mantle of Cap.

You should stop reading things from this site dude, its garbage. They completely took that out of text.

That part you quoted in fact was stated 4 years ago by Evans. Variety said so before quoting him, unlike screenrant. Things change.

You yourself also made it even worse, because you listed quotes back to back without any context making it seem worse than it actually is.

In fact, if you actually read the original Variety article, it looks like he might want to direct a Marvel movie.

But it doesn't mention that he said it's possible for him to change his mind because he loves the role. If Disney/Marvel plays their cards right and lets him direct a movie or two on the side, I'm sure he'll gladly return to / stay as the role. But also, this leaves tons of opportunity open for Captain 'Bucky' America IF Evans doesn't return because I highly doubt Marvel would have a movie-verse that DOESN'T have Captain America.

If they does leave I wouldn't want Sebastian Stan picking up the role of Winter Cap. I rather they tried something different.
