CGC error comic need help

Hey guys, I was thinking of getting this comic I saw where there was one of those rare double page erros where it is the same page on both sides. The problem is the seller put it in a cgc package. So if I were to buy it the only way I could see it is to take off the cgc package, but that would lower the price. should I get it or no.

its not for value, its because the page error is rare and cool. The problem is because the seller put it in cgc it would be more expensive.

I have a Pepsi Max bottle that is the clear green plastic, rather than the see through it should be. I'm going to be rich! (:P)
