Joe Piscopo.That's a name I hadn't heard in quite some time lol. I never found piscopo funny so I will give that to Top.Top also seems to be in better shape. As for a fight, probably Top. Younger and in better shape.

I thought this was going to be a battle to see who's more annoying. But since it's not, I'm siding with Piscopo. Dead Heat was an awesome movie.
