Captain Cascader?

Though I've been using whiskey sites for years (and I've used Tested and Screened since their beginnings) I have only recently started gettting back into comics and using comic vine. Something I've noticed is pictures of dave snider dressed as a super hero; "Captain Cascader". I have a couple of questions about this:

1. What is Captain Cascader's origin?

2. What are his powers? (Is it the power of web design?)

3. Does he have a nemesis?

4. Are there any videos/fan-art/T-shirts of this character?

3. Yep his arch nemesis is Red L.a.m.p Who even made his own page on Comicvine...cause he's evil
