Yeah but I need to know the details before I pick a side blindly.....I assume it will be completely different reasons than the comic....since stark hasnt even been a team shield player in the first place or the governments then I dont want to just assume

I'd choose Cap over Tony any day. Tony is kind of a jerk.

I can't choose based off the poster. In the comics i Sided with Tony, because the heroes did need regulation, but the MCU version is tougher. Iron Man has always been anti-government since day 1, While Cap was willing to support SHIELD until they litterally started shooting at him.

@pooty: how is right? It doesn't matter if superheroes are registered it doesn't mean their will be less danger. Alien invasions could still happen so no he is not right for taking Superheroes freedom for no reason.

It's not all about registration. It's about training and accountability. Don't you want police to be trained and held accountable? Should police be allowed to do as they please with no one watching over them?

Don't you want your doctor to be trained and held accountable? SHould anyone be allowed to call themselves a doctor without credentials or training?

Anyone with a power can say I'm a hero. With no training. No accountability. No mental evaluation. Is that right and safe to you?

@kfabz-23: and what if a new super hero doesn't want to train with the Avengers?

And who holds them accountable if they make a mistake or break the law?

@pooty: no superhero would say no to The Avengers because they're seen as being high and mighty. If that superhero was doing things recklessly without a care then it could simply be The Avengers job to deal with it. The superheroes freedom don't need to be taken for that.

I would say no sometimes. The Hulk says no sometimes as well.

Should superheroes have freedoms that no one else has? No one else is allowed to be anonymous? police and military are expected to make their identity known. Why should super heroes be any different from any other hero?
