If so, what's your best time?

Mine is for Super Mario World for Super Nintendo, I can beat it in 13.5 minutes.

If I was hopped up on sugar and caffeine and given reasonable motivation, I think I could beat Marvel Ultimate Alliance on hard mode within the day.

#12 Posted by TifaLockhart (14157 posts) - - Show Bio

I used to be able to do resident evil 1 and 2's rocket launcher requirements. But that was years ago.

Metal Gear Solid 1, 3 & 4, I could probably complete each within less than 5 hours by now. Can't do it with MGS2 because Raiden sucks too much to be given such an effort in memorizing everything.

I remember being able to beat the Resident Evil games pretty quickly as well when I was younger.

@batman242:

Together or seperately?

Separately. I could probably finish 'em a lot faster, but never tried.

I have 123 subscribers. I'm not big on uploading videos, though. I do have 200,000 video views total.

The most insane speedruns are the Dark Souls runs. They make me angry -_-

I can speedrun Mass Effect 3 on Insanity in 5-6 hours if I avoid any and all side-missions/conversations/DLC stuff and do only the mandatory stuff.

I don't like doing it because it means you don't get to meet Jack, Grunt, Miranda and the other former squadmates. Plus with the exception of Leviathan and its repetitive gameplay, I really liked the ME3 DLCs.

I got good enough at the game to the point where I could breeze past Insanity levels like they were on Casual, but later when I tried doing a playthrough from the first game to the last as a different class, I kept dying during the early missions of ME2. Normal Mode on ME2 was harder than Insanity Mode on ME3 >.>

I've gotten 100% speed runs in most metroid games down to a science.

ME2 was definitely more difficult, more interesting, and the missions were more varied.

What annoys me is that ME3 really is only 5-6 hours as a speed run. ME2 I believe is longer.

The closest thing to a speed run is that I got every Chrono Trigger ending in 33 hours using saves and saves states...I don't really see the point of doing speed runs..

#40 Posted by Bruxae (14008 posts) - - Show Bio

Mass Effect 1, around 2 houres.

#41 Posted by Dabee (2399 posts) - - Show Bio

I beat Braid in under 45 minutes to max out on achievements. Took me a lot of tries, but there are some people that can beat it in closer to 30. I stopped once I got the achievement, though, but I probably could have gotten it down even lower.
